before i met my wife Alberta, she had for many years suffered from severe migraines at least once a month. After the first few years we were together I began to figure out the overlapping cycles that were triggering the migraines.

First was associating with her mother, my mother-in-laws passing dissolved a lot of the nasty burdens trying to care for that woman.

Second Alberta had been a very active horsewoman, with all the physical labor and injuries from handling a crazy, half-broken stallion. I found that gently lift & pull of her head and with neck massages I could interrupt or at least mollify the beginning of a migraine attack.

Third She got a hysterectomy and hormone treatments that did away with the worst symptoms of her menstrual cycle.

there was no one simple answer but patience and understanding. that during her last decade of her life I do not remember her having to suffer a major headache.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)
