Celia

A somewhat paranoid Nagakin who seems to feel every action is a slight against her kind and non-humans in general. She is majoring in Illusion, enjoys milk, and hates mammals. The irony of that feeling has been pointed out.

For all of her vociferous feelings and loud ranting, we know little about her past. She seems to have an interest in the more recreational of alchemy's various products, and no particular aversion to males. To comply with the university's weapons policy, Celia carries a short sword.

Celia is highly interested in non-human rights, but apparently adverse to having a direct role in politics. Whether this is because she feels that she would be less effective as a nagakin than some others, or if she has a personal aversion has not been indicated. In either event, she apparently values success over discomfort or personal taste. She is apparently supporting Mackenzie in her senate bid, as the more likely candidate to try to improve non-human rights at the school.

She shares a room with Feejee. She is the Harlowe Hall fifth floor girl's side source for most things alchemical. It has not been stated whether she does her own Alchemy or if she has suppliers. In any event, she personally uses an alchemical product to deal with a fuzziness condition.
