Mackenzie drinks Tyler's blood and gets drunk. She behaves like an animal in heat and begs everyone to fuck her. Once it becomes obvious that Mackenzie is drunk Mike helps Ian take Mackenzie back to his room. After Mike leaves, Ian asks Mackenzie who he should 'flect.
